I am an owner of a small to medium size Print Shop in Northern British Columbia. We are situated in an area that isn't easily serviced and requires a Technician to be flown in. I have a 3404 Ryobi DI Press and when I bought this press my biggest concern was regarding who I would get to service it and service it right the first time. Call backs were not an option for us. This is my personal recommendation for Guillermo Queponds. I have worked with Guillermo since 1999 and know of no other person more knowledgeable about Ryobi printing equipment. Guillermo has handled my most complex printing issues and needs with the highest level of integrity.

Guillermo is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of the printing process and is a pleasure to work with. I met Guillermo about 5 years ago, from then he has proven to be an honest, knowledgeable, and hard-working fellow. As a long time pressman, I very much appreciate the honesty part. As a person, he’s very friendly, as a technician patient and precise, good at measuring the ability of press crew to troubleshoot and repair/replace on there own.
