We started operating offset printing presses at High School in 1976. By 1984, we were doing a lot of our own service on the presses. Guillermo was offered a job by A.B. Dick Company and started his career as a field service engineer. Since 1988, the Ryobi product has been his area of expertise. He has also worked for the most innovative Ryobi Press Dealer and lead the country in sales for seven years in a row back in 1994. He has been working for a total of 37 years as a field service engineer. He has traveled and done service, installations, and repairs all over the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. Guillermo has also attended the Ryobi Factory Engineer certification & Training Hiroshima, Japan.
